How to fix it
Get them to call themselves a hypocrite through step 3. Never label them from line one.
Coaching notes
- Never call people a hypocrite from line one, get them to call themselves.
- We often give them the answer too quickly instead of letting them say it.
- At step 5, 'you won't be lying anymore' can work better than hypocrite for some people.
