Practice

Start a conversation

There is no menu on the street. By default you meet one unknown person and just talk, the way it really happens.

Sign in and the coach will pick each conversation for you, shaped around what you need to practice.

Three core principles

Every step rests on: holding individuals accountable, putting them in the victim's position, and treating this as a call to action — not food for thought.

Weak: I hope this gives you something to think about on your journey.
Strong: There is no acceptable reason not to live vegan right now. Vegan from now on?

Define veganism before asking for commitment

If you say 'go vegan' before step 4, they hear stop eating meat. Define veganism as the ethical principle of living without exploiting other animals before declaration.

Pandering loses control

Pandering is being over-agreeable and disingenuous to be liked. Phrases like 'I respect what you do,' 'something to think about,' or 'mostly vegan is good' let them escape without changing.

Weak: I respect what you do — you've given me something to think about!
Strong: There is no acceptable reason not to live vegan right now.
