Follow the steps, do not stop when you forget
New activists can follow the flowchart as a script while they learn. What you must not do: stop the conversation when you forget, or tell the bystander you forgot what to ask. If you lose your place, recover and ask the next principle. Steps can reorder when the room requires it, but never go blank or announce you are lost.
