Over-Explaining
Long rambling outside the core definitions. It makes the topic look complicated and debatable. Over-explaining the exploitation or veganism definition (steps 1 and 4) is fine; that is what most people misunderstand most.

Let me explain each one, because the history here goes back generations, and the way we were all raised inside that system matters, and once you start unpacking it properly you can see how all the pieces fit together.

For you, the biggest advantage is you stop being a hypocrite. Can you truly respect other animals if you use them for your purposes?
The round they fire back
Says you're making it sound complicated and asks if that means it's okay sometimes. Do not use this when they are clearly teaching the exploitation or veganism definition.
How to fix it
Take the time you need on the definitions at steps 1 and 4. Everywhere else, stay short: one sharp question, pause, move on. Long answers on advantages, hypocrisy, zero-or-more, or after they say yes make this look complex.

- Most people misunderstand exploitation and veganism most. Repeat and unpack those definitions as many times as needed.
- Over-explaining anywhere else is the problem. It signals that this is complicated, debatable, or optional.
- After they answer yes, stop talking. In Q3, highlight the contradiction, do not add an essay.
